Hi, I’m jacqueline.

I trained in clinical hypno-psychotherapy back in 2018 and, since then, I have worked with many people using hypnotherapy during fertility support, labour and birth, healing birth trauma, parent support, and resolving fears and phobias.

I am also a qualified complimentary therapist having trained in aromatherapy and massage therapy as well as working as a journalist in a previous life. As a qualified adult education teacher, I have taught complementary therapy to qualification level in adult education centres in east London and Essex. I’m a member of the National Society of Talking Therapies, the General Hypnotherapy Register, and the Complimentary and Natural Healthcare Council.

I’m a mum and a grandmother to three adorable small people and worked with my daughter and her husband during all of their pregnancies teaching them antenatal hypnobirthing. I was present at the home births of two babies and helped them to prepare for an elective caesarean.

Being a hypnotherapist and working with people to help them take positive steps on their life’s journey is very exciting and I feel very privileged to do the work that I do. My aim is to help you to reframe anxieties caused by fears, phobias, difficulty in losing weight, habits (such as smoking, nail biting) so that you can live the life you want to live.

Getting started: I offer a free initial phone consultation.

During this initial 15-minute phone consultation, we will discuss why you contacted me and what you wish to achieve. I will explain how hypnotherapy may help you to move forward positively. If you wish to make an appointment, I will send you a consultation form for completion so that I have a record of your medical history. I will also direct you to my free relaxation MP3s so that you can experience hypnotherapy in the comfort of your own home.

This is a discovery call so there will be no hypnosis during this call and there is no obligation on your part to go forward with any hypnotherapy sessions.
