free initial consultation
All clients are offered a free 15 minutes initial consultation on request. This will take place online. The reason for this is to enable you to make an informed decision as to whether you feel we can work well together and that you would like to begin a course of treatment.
It also helps me to decide whether therapy is appropriate for the presenting issue you want assistance with. There will be no hypnotherapy during this initial consultation. There is no obligation to begin treatment.
Session Length & Frequency
The first session will last for up to 90 minutes and sessions, thereafter, last for 1 hour. For some types of treatment, this can be lengthened by agreement if we both feel that it would be beneficial for you and this may include a cost increase. Sessions are usually once a week/fortnight but the frequency of sessions will be discussed at your first appointment.

Hypno weight loss jab programme: £400 for three one hour sessions
General hypnotherapy: Initial consultation - £80 for 90 minutes / subsequent sessions - £60 for 60 minutes
Stop smoking: One session - £250 for 120 minutes (2 hours). A deposit of £125 is required to secure your session.
Fertility and birth preparation
Antenatal hypnobirthing: £250 for five 90 minute sessions over 5 weeks.
Preparing for an elective caesarean: £80 for 90 minutes.
Fertility and conception challenges: £70 for 60 minutes
Natal trauma: £150 for three 1 hour sessions
