terms and conditions
Full payment to be made on booking, unless we have agreed payment in stages.
The client understands that agreement to work on the issues presented by the client does not guarantee a cure.
The cost of the first session for general hypnotherapy is £80 for 90 minutes - subsequent sessions cost £60 for 60 minutes. Sessions can be rearranged when more than 24 hours notice is given. Rearranged sessions must take place within 30 days of the original appointment.
Cancellations of less than 24 hours notice will not be refunded. The client will be liable for the full cost of the session.
Contact between sessions will be limited to email or letter and any anti-social behaviour will effect the immediate cessation of treatment.
Confidentiality will be maintained in circumstances unless disclosure is demanded by a court order or there is good cause to believe that to not disclose would cause serious harm or danger to yourself or others.
Antenatal hypnotherapy courses will incur a £15 administration charge if cancelled more than 21 working days before the start of the course. If you cancel within 10 working days prior to the commencement date (up to 12noon the day before) of the course, you will receive a refund of 25% of the cost. If you cancel an antenatal birth preparation course and the course materials and access to the MP3s have already been sent to you, then no refund will be given.
No refunds will be given once a course has started unless there are exceptional circumstances.
If you have any queries about any of this, please contact me. I try to be as flexible as I can whenever possible.
Courses
Antenatal Birth Preparation courses are taught by myself, a qualified clinical hypno-psychotherapist and a Certified Hypnotic Birthing Practitioner (CHBP). You will be given general educational advice about pregnancy and childbirth. Individual particular advice on your own current pregnancy and wellbeing cannot be given under any circumstances and clients must take queries about their own personal health or pregnancy to their Community Midwife, GP, Obstetrician or other appropriate health professional.
My course has been designed to be up-to-date and factually correct at the time of teaching and to represent the current accepted professional standards with regard to general hypnobirthing advice.
My hypnobirthing courses have been designed as a supplement to the information, advice and general instruction offered by the local NHS Trust. All course material provided is for general information purposes only and should not under any circumstances be construed in any way as being particular individual medical advice or instruction.
If you, or your partner, feel unwell whilst in attendance at the sessions, you should immediately seek the advice of your midwife, GP or other appropriate health professional.
